Unlike the traditional workover rigs requiring substantial set up time, the XDR Workover Rig is built on an 8X4 truck chassis which is in gauge for road conditions, allowing for workover rig moves between wells without road permits. The patented mast design does not require guy ropes which enables the XDR Workover Rig to be set up on a well site within 30 minutes. The XDR Workover Rig utilises electronic over hydraulic controls and interlocks enabling the safe tripping of up to 100 tubulars/rods per hour with fewer crew members than traditional workover rig packages.
