KEY FEATURES, ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS:
The XDR 75 is a light workover rig incorporating Flushby capability. Being mounted on a Mercedes Actross 8×4 truck or equivalent, the rig offers rapid deployment, fast setup over wells and ease of access to difficult sites. The overall measurements of this rig are within standard road regulations, therefore, not requiring “oversize” permits when travelling on roads. The XDR 75 provides 18 meters of height under the draw works hook with an operating load capability rating of 75000 lbs. This pullback provides the XDR 75 with the capability to service all coal bed methane (CBM) wells in most regions.
The 475HP engine powers all onboard systems as well as 4 auxiliary hydraulic outputs that can be used to power BOP accumulators and other associated power equipment. The XDR 75 is compatible with vertical wellhead configurations for oil, gas and CBM wells. The onboard PLC with digital readout allows the monitoring of the 3,000 PSI triplex pump water flow as well as other core functions. Incorporated into the PLC is our main winch limiter which provides precise position of the hook and prevents winch over wind.
When combining all the features including, its rapid deployment, exceptional agility, tubing based service capability, back to back warranties and individual customisation, the XDR 75 provides a cost effective and efficient platform for well servicing. TM Well Interventions: – Tubing-based servicing – Changing polish rods – Spacing and respacing rod strings – Changing driveheads – Changing well head valves – Killing wells – Pressure testing wells Sucker Rod Interventions: – Flushing Wells – Pulling and running rod strings – Fishing rod strings – Changing insert pumps (progressing cavity pumping (PCP) and reciprocating rod lift (RRL)) – Changing RRL plungers – Changing PCP rotors
